Timothy J. Perry is a partner with law firm of Oertel, Fernandez, Bryant & Atkinson, P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida.  His practice concentrates on representing clients statewide in the areas of administrative law, environmental law, water law, land use law, utility law, coastal law, appellate law and litigation.  He is the co-author of the Environmental and Land Use Law Section's Treatise article on Consumptive Use Permitting Criteria.  He is a frequent lecturer, covering topics that include water use permitting, land use and zoning, the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act.  Mr. Perry is a member of the Florida Bar (Environmental and Land Use Law Section, Administrative Law Section, and Real Property Section) and is also admitted to the Alabama Bar.  He also serves as the President of the Tallahassee Chapter of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals.
